With British Council and MyHR balloons we relaunched our global people data system on February 7th in Nogal and on February 9th in Salitre! We provided some brochures withquick guides for requesting annual leave, using AskHR, uploading the profile picture and the new options for line managers. We also gave a beautiful present (a magnetised bookmark) to those who approached HR.
We are very grateful to all staff in Colombia for logging in to MyHR, updating their profiles and reporting any issues or incorrect information; many thanks also to Andrea Gomez, Adriana Mendivelso and Susy Villafane who were crucial to the relaunch. Thanks to all of you the implementation of the system has been a success!
The next stage for MyHR includes launching in several other countries in the Americas and we’ll be providing more information soon.
