At the British Council we are proud that the work we do has a positive and long-lasting impact on our local communities, and also of the talent of our people. We are led by some of the brightest minds in each of our business areas and have an extraordinary group of talented collaborators around the globe. They are constantly demonstrating their remarkable expertise, their commitment and drive, which allow us to create opportunities worldwide, build connections and engender trust.
That’s why in conjunction with the regional Digital team, the regional Resourcing team launched the Talent Ambassador campaign as a way to demonstrate the importance of our people, how much they share our values, mission and vision, and how they exert a positive impact through their work in the British Council.
This campaign aims to share with you all the experiences our people have had since they joined our organisation and how they feel about being part of the British Council. We would like to give a voice to our talented collaborators, so they can tell us a bit about their journey and motivations here. In the end, it is our people who makethe British Council what it is, an organisation that changes lives by creating opportunities, building connections and engendering trust.
