The British Council in Argentina is looking for freelance Remote Teachers of English to teach classes for: Plan Ceibal en Inglés in 2023.
If you would like to apply, please read the following information carefully:
1. You must:
- be a qualified Teacher of English with a University Degree (or have completed more than 75% of the teacher training course).
or
- be a Translator or Licenciado en Ingles (with a 2-year practicum component)
or
- have a CELTA or DELTA qualification (in this case you will be required to take an APTIS level test)
2. You should have experience in teaching primary school children (age 9-11).
3. You must live at a commuting distance from our office in Retiro, Capital Federal, since classes are to be taught from there.
4. You need to be a freelancer, and we will give you hours according to your availability.
5. Classes run from mid-March to December with breaks in April, July and September
6. You should have a CEFR level C1 or C2 in English as well as Spanish.
