The British Council is seeking to appoint a Consultant to conduct research on the use of mobile messenger apps to deliver Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for teachers of English. This research will include carrying out desk research on the topic, producing a literature review looking at the effectiveness of online vs face-to-face CPD, and examining as a case study the work of the British Council in providing CPD in this way.
